Piekļūstot FoodShot AI un to izmantojot, jūs pieņemat šī līguma noteikumus un nosacījumus un piekrītat tos ievērot.

2. Lietošanas licence

Ir atļauts uz laiku izmantot FoodShot AI tikai personiskai, nekomerciālai un īslaicīgai apskatei. Tā ir licences piešķiršana, nevis īpašumtiesību nodošana.

3. Lietotāja konts

Jūs esat atbildīgs par sava konta un paroles konfidencialitātes saglabāšanu. Jūs piekrītat uzņemties atbildību par visām darbībām, kas notiek jūsu kontā.

4. Aizliegtie lietošanas veidi

Jūs nedrīkstat izmantot mūsu pakalpojumu nelikumīgiem vai neatļautiem mērķiem, kā arī, izmantojot pakalpojumu, pārkāpt jebkādus jūsu jurisdikcijā spēkā esošos likumus.

5. Saturs

Mūsu pakalpojums ļauj jums publicēt, saistīt, glabāt, kopīgot un citādi padarīt pieejamu noteiktu informāciju, tekstu, grafiku, video vai citus materiālus. Jūs esat atbildīgs par saturu, ko publicējat pakalpojumā.

6. Billing, Subscriptions & Refunds

6.1 How you are charged

FoodShot AI is sold through the app stores. On Android every purchase is processed by Google Play, and on iOS by the Apple App Store. We never receive or store your card details — for these transactions the store is the merchant of record.

Subscriptions (FoodShot Pro) — billed weekly or yearly and renewed automatically until cancelled.
Credit packs — one-time purchases of image-generation credits, consumed as you use them.

Prices are shown in your local currency on the purchase screen before you confirm. The amount you see there is the total you will be charged: all applicable taxes, including VAT or GST where these apply, are already included.

6.2 Free trials and automatic renewal

Where a free trial is offered, its length and the price that follows it are shown on the purchase screen before you subscribe. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts automatically into a paid subscription at that price, and the subscription then renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel it.

6.3 How to cancel

You can cancel at any time, and you never need to contact us to do it:

In the app — open Settings and tap Manage Subscription, which opens your subscription directly.
On Android — Google Play, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
On iOS — Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions.

Cancelling stops future renewals. Unless the law where you live provides otherwise, you keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it simply does not renew after that.

6.4 Ending a subscription mid-term

If the law where you live entitles you to end a subscription part-way through a billing period and be refunded for the unused portion, that right applies and we will honour it. Because the app stores process the payment, email us at hello@foodshot.ai with your store receipt and we will arrange the pro-rated refund for the remaining days through the store.

6.5 Right of withdrawal (cooling-off)

If you are a consumer in a country that grants a statutory cooling-off period for digital purchases — for example 14 days in the EU, EEA and the UK, or 7 days in South Korea — you may withdraw from your purchase within that period by emailing hello@foodshot.ai with your store receipt.

Please note the standard exception for digital content: once supply has begun at your request and you have started using what you bought, the withdrawal right no longer covers the part you have already used. In practice, credits you have already spent on generated images cannot be withdrawn, while unused credits and unused subscription time can.

6.6 Refunds

On Google Play you can request a refund yourself within 48 hours of purchase. After 48 hours Google directs refund requests to us: email hello@foodshot.ai with your order number and we will review it and, where a refund is due, issue it through Google Play. On the Apple App Store refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, though we are glad to help if you write to us first.

Separately from your statutory rights above, we refund credits automatically whenever a generation fails on our side — you do not need to ask. Credits spent on images that were generated successfully are not refundable, because the service has been delivered.

6.7 Payment confirmation and price changes

Your purchase is confirmed by the app store, which emails you a receipt and lists the transaction in your store account. Your credit balance and Pro status update inside the app as soon as the store confirms payment. If we change the price of a subscription you already hold, we will tell you in advance and you will be able to cancel before the new price takes effect.

7. Privacy

8. Termination

Mēs varam nekavējoties izbeigt vai apturēt jūsu kontu un liegt piekļuvi pakalpojumam bez iepriekšēja brīdinājuma vai atbildības, pēc mūsu pašu ieskatiem, jebkāda iemesla dēļ.

9. Disclaimer

Informācija vietnē FoodShot AI tiek sniegta "kāda tā ir" principa ietvaros. Likumā pieļautajā maksimālajā apjomā FoodShot AI nesniedz nekādas tiešas vai netiešas garantijas.

10. Limitation of Liability

FoodShot AI vai tā piegādātāji nekādā gadījumā nav atbildīgi par jebkādiem zaudējumiem, kas radušies FoodShot AI materiālu izmantošanas vai nespējas tos izmantot rezultātā.

11. Governing Law

Šos noteikumus un nosacījumus reglamentē un interpretē saskaņā ar Amerikas Savienoto Valstu likumiem, un jūs neatsaucami pakļaujaties attiecīgās valsts vai vietas tiesu ekskluzīvajai jurisdikcijai.
