利用規約

1. 規約への同意
FoodShot AIにアクセスし利用することにより、お客様は本規約の条項に拘束されることに同意したものとみなされます。
2. 使用許諾
2.1 Using the service
Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to access and use FoodShot AI, on the website and in our apps, for your personal or business purposes. The FoodShot AI software, website, style library, templates and branding remain ours; this license does not transfer title to them, and you may not copy, resell or sublicense the service itself.
2.2 Photos you upload
You keep whatever rights you have in the photos and other material you upload ("Your Content"). You confirm that you own Your Content or have permission to use it in this way. You grant us a limited license to store, process and transform Your Content only as needed to provide, secure and support the service for you. If you mark an image as public where the service offers that option, you also allow us to display it inside FoodShot AI until you make it private or delete it.
2.3 Images you create
As long as you comply with these terms and have paid any fees that apply, you may use the images you create with FoodShot AI ("Outputs") for any lawful personal or commercial purpose, including menus, delivery-app listings, websites, social media, advertising and print, without crediting FoodShot AI. We do not claim ownership of your Outputs.
Outputs are created by AI models, so other users may receive similar images, and we cannot guarantee that an Output is protected by copyright or free of third-party rights in every country. You are responsible for how you use your Outputs, including making sure they fairly represent the food and products you sell and that they meet the rules of any platform where you publish them.
3. ユーザーアカウント
お客様は、ご自身のアカウントおよびパスワードの機密性を維持する責任を負います。お客様は、ご自身のアカウントで行われるすべての活動について責任を負うことに同意するものとします。
4. 禁止事項
お客様は、違法または無許可の目的で本サービスを使用することはできません。また、本サービスの利用にあたり、お客様の管轄地域の法律に違反することはできません。
5. コンテンツ
本サービスでは、情報、テキスト、グラフィック、動画、その他の素材を投稿、リンク、保存、共有、およびその他の方法で公開することができます。お客様は、本サービスに投稿するコンテンツについて責任を負います。
6. 支払い、サブスクリプション、返金
6.1 料金の請求方法
In our mobile apps, FoodShot AI is sold through the app stores. On Android every purchase is processed by Google Play, and on iOS by the Apple App Store. We never receive or store your card details — for these transactions the store is the merchant of record. Purchases made on foodshot.ai are covered in section 6.8.
- サブスクリプション（FoodShot Pro） — 週単位または年単位で請求され、解約するまで自動更新されます。
- クレジットパック — 画像生成クレジットの都度購入で、使用に応じて消費されます。
価格は購入確定前の購入画面に現地通貨で表示されます。表示金額が実際に請求される総額であり、該当する場合の消費税・付加価値税を含むすべての税金がすでに含まれています。
6.2 無料トライアルと自動更新
無料トライアルが提供される場合、その期間と終了後に適用される価格が、ご登録前の購入画面に表示されます。トライアル終了の24時間前までに解約されない限り、その価格の有料サブスクリプションへ自動的に移行し、以降は解約されるまで各請求期間の終了時に自動更新されます。
6.3 解約方法
いつでも解約でき、そのために当社へご連絡いただく必要はありません。
- アプリ内 — 設定を開き「サブスクリプションの管理」をタップすると、お客様のサブスクリプション画面が直接開きます。
- Android — Google Play →「お支払いと定期購入」→「定期購入」。
- iOS — 設定 → お客様の名前 → サブスクリプション。
解約すると以降の更新が停止します。お住まいの地域の法律に別段の定めがない限り、すでにお支払い済みの期間の終了までは Pro をご利用いただけ、その後は更新されません。
6.4 期間途中での解約
お住まいの地域の法律により、請求期間の途中でサブスクリプションを終了し未使用分の返金を受ける権利が認められている場合、その権利は適用され、当社はこれを尊重します。決済はアプリストアが処理するため、購入レシートを添えて hello@foodshot.ai までご連絡いただければ、残存日数分の日割り返金をアプリストア経由で手配いたします。
6.5 クーリングオフ（申込みの撤回）
デジタル商品の購入について法定のクーリングオフ期間が認められている国の消費者の方は — 例えば EU・EEA および英国では14日間、韓国では7日間 — その期間内に購入レシートを添えて hello@foodshot.ai までメールいただくことで、購入を撤回できます。
デジタルコンテンツに関する一般的な例外にご留意ください。お客様のご請求により提供が開始され、購入した内容の使用を開始された場合、すでに使用された部分については撤回権が及びません。実際には、画像生成にすでに使用したクレジットは撤回できませんが、未使用のクレジットおよび未使用のサブスクリプション期間は撤回できます。
6.6 返金
Google Play では、購入から48時間以内はお客様ご自身で返金をリクエストできます。48時間を過ぎると Google は返金リクエストを当社へ案内します。注文番号を添えて hello@foodshot.ai までメールいただければ、内容を確認のうえ返金対象と判断される場合は Google Play を通じて返金いたします。Apple App Store の返金は reportaproblem.apple.com で Apple が対応しますが、まず当社にご連絡いただければ喜んでサポートいたします。
上記の法定の権利とは別に、当社側の問題で生成に失敗した場合、クレジットは自動的に返金され、お申し出は不要です。正常に生成された画像に使用されたクレジットは、サービスが提供済みのため返金对象外です。
6.7 決済完了の通知と価格変更
ご購入はアプリストアによって確定され、アプリストアからレシートがメールで送信され、取引がお客様のストアアカウントに記録されます。アプリストアで決済が確認され次第、アプリ内のクレジット残高と Pro ステータスが更新されます。ご利用中のサブスクリプションの価格を変更する場合は事前にお知らせし、新価格の適用前に解約いただけます。
6.8 Purchases on foodshot.ai
Plans bought on foodshot.ai are billed monthly or yearly through our payment processor, Stripe, using the payment methods shown at checkout, and renew automatically until you cancel. The price and the number of credits included are shown before you confirm. Credits do not roll over to the next month. You can cancel at any time from Settings by choosing Manage subscription, which opens your Stripe billing portal; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. If you have not used any credits in your current billing period, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of payment by emailing hello@foodshot.ai. Your statutory rights described in sections 6.4 and 6.5 also apply to web purchases.
7. プライバシー
FoodShot AIのご利用には、当社のプライバシーポリシーも適用されます。当社のプライバシーポリシーは本サイトの運営にも適用され、データ収集に関する方針を説明しておりますので、あわせてご確認ください。
8. 契約の終了
当社は、理由の如何を問わず、当社の単独の裁量により、事前の通知または責任を負うことなく、直ちにお客様のアカウントを停止もしくは終了し、本サービスへのアクセスを禁止することができます。
9. 免責事項
FoodShot AI上の情報は「現状有姿」で提供されます。法律で認められる最大限の範囲において、FoodShot AIは明示的または黙示的を問わず、いかなる保証も行いません。
10. 責任の制限
いかなる場合においても、FoodShot AIまたはそのサプライヤーは、FoodShot AI上の素材の使用または使用不能から生じるいかなる損害についても責任を負わないものとします。
11. 準拠法
本規約は米国の法律に準拠し、同法律に従って解釈されるものとします。お客様は、当該州または地域の裁判所の専属管轄権に取消不能の形で服することに同意するものとします。
