1. 이용약관 동의

FoodShot AI에 접속하고 이용함으로써 귀하는 본 계약의 약관 및 조항에 구속되는 것에 동의하고 이를 수락합니다.

2. 사용 라이선스

2.1 Using the service

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to access and use FoodShot AI, on the website and in our apps, for your personal or business purposes. The FoodShot AI software, website, style library, templates and branding remain ours; this license does not transfer title to them, and you may not copy, resell or sublicense the service itself.

2.2 Photos you upload

You keep whatever rights you have in the photos and other material you upload ("Your Content"). You confirm that you own Your Content or have permission to use it in this way. You grant us a limited license to store, process and transform Your Content only as needed to provide, secure and support the service for you. If you mark an image as public where the service offers that option, you also allow us to display it inside FoodShot AI until you make it private or delete it.

2.3 Images you create

As long as you comply with these terms and have paid any fees that apply, you may use the images you create with FoodShot AI ("Outputs") for any lawful personal or commercial purpose, including menus, delivery-app listings, websites, social media, advertising and print, without crediting FoodShot AI. We do not claim ownership of your Outputs.

Outputs are created by AI models, so other users may receive similar images, and we cannot guarantee that an Output is protected by copyright or free of third-party rights in every country. You are responsible for how you use your Outputs, including making sure they fairly represent the food and products you sell and that they meet the rules of any platform where you publish them.

3. 사용자 계정

귀하는 자신의 계정과 비밀번호의 기밀을 유지할 책임이 있습니다. 귀하는 자신의 계정에서 발생하는 모든 활동에 대한 책임을 수락하는 데 동의합니다.

4. 금지된 사용

귀하는 불법적이거나 승인되지 않은 목적으로 당사의 서비스를 사용할 수 없으며, 서비스 사용 시 귀하의 관할 지역의 법률을 위반할 수 없습니다.

5. 콘텐츠

당사의 서비스는 특정 정보, 텍스트, 그래픽, 동영상 또는 기타 자료를 게시, 링크, 저장, 공유하거나 기타 방식으로 제공할 수 있도록 합니다. 귀하는 서비스에 게시하는 콘텐츠에 대한 책임이 있습니다.

6. 결제, 구독 및 환불

6.1 결제 방식

In our mobile apps, FoodShot AI is sold through the app stores. On Android every purchase is processed by Google Play, and on iOS by the Apple App Store. We never receive or store your card details — for these transactions the store is the merchant of record. Purchases made on foodshot.ai are covered in section 6.8.

구독(FoodShot Pro) — 주간 또는 연간으로 청구되며, 해지하기 전까지 자동으로 갱신됩니다.
크레딧 팩 — 이미지 생성 크레딧의 １회성 구매로, 사용하는 만큼 소진됩니다.

가격은 결제 확정 전 구매 화면에 현지 통화로 표시됩니다. 표시된 금액이 실제로 청구되는 총액이며, 부가가치세(VAT) 등 적용되는 모든 세금이 이미 포함되어 있습니다.

6.2 무료 체험 및 자동 갱신

무료 체험이 제공되는 경우, 체험 기간과 그 이후 적용되는 가격이 구독 전 구매 화면에 표시됩니다. 체험 종료 최소 24시간 전에 해지하지 않으면 해당 가격의 유료 구독으로 자동 전환되며, 이후 해지하기 전까지 각 결제 주기가 끝날 때마다 자동으로 갱신됩니다.

6.3 해지 방법

언제든지 해지할 수 있으며, 해지를 위해 당사에 문의하실 필요는 없습니다:

앱에서 — 설정을 열고 ‘구독 관리’를 누르면 회원님의 구독 화면으로 바로 이동합니다.
Android에서 — Google Play → 결제 및 정기 결제 → 정기 결제.
iOS에서 — 설정 → 사용자 이름 → 구독.

해지하면 이후 갱신이 중단됩니다. 거주 지역의 법률에서 달리 정하지 않는 한, 이미 결제한 기간이 끝날 때까지 Pro 이용이 유지되며 그 이후 갱신되지 않습니다.

6.4 구독 중도 해지

거주 지역의 법률에 따라 결제 주기 도중에 구독을 해지하고 미사용 기간에 대해 환불받을 권리가 있는 경우, 해당 권리가 적용되며 당사는 이를 이행합니다. 결제는 앱 마켓이 처리하므로, 구매 영수증과 함께 hello@foodshot.ai 로 이메일을 보내주시면 남은 기간에 대한 일할 환불을 앱 마켓을 통해 처리해 드립니다.

6.5 청약철회권

디지털 상품 구매에 대해 법정 청약철회 기간을 인정하는 국가의 소비자인 경우 — 예를 들어 EU·EEA 및 영국은 14일, 대한민국은 7일 — 해당 기간 내에 구매 영수증과 함께 hello@foodshot.ai 로 이메일을 보내 청약을 철회하실 수 있습니다.

다만 디지털 콘텐츠에 적용되는 일반적인 예외에 유의해 주시기 바랍니다. 회원님의 요청으로 공급이 개시되고 구매한 콘텐츠의 사용을 시작한 경우, 이미 사용한 부분에 대해서는 청약철회권이 적용되지 않습니다. 실제로는 이미 이미지 생성에 사용한 크레딧은 철회 대상이 아니며, 미사용 크레딧과 미사용 구독 기간은 철회할 수 있습니다.

6.6 환불

Google Play에서는 구매 후 48시간 이내에 직접 환불을 요청하실 수 있습니다. 48시간이 지난 후에는 Google이 환불 요청을 당사로 안내하며, 주문번호와 함께 hello@foodshot.ai 로 이메일을 보내주시면 검토 후 환불 사유가 인정되는 경우 Google Play를 통해 환불해 드립니다. Apple App Store의 환불은 reportaproblem.apple.com 에서 Apple이 처리하지만, 먼저 당사에 문의해 주시면 기꺼이 도와드립니다.

위의 법정 권리와는 별개로, 당사 측 문제로 이미지 생성이 실패한 경우 크레딧은 자동으로 환불되며 별도로 요청하실 필요가 없습니다. 정상적으로 생성된 이미지에 사용된 크레딧은 서비스가 제공 완료되었으므로 환불되지 않습니다.

6.7 결제 완료 안내 및 가격 변경

구매는 앱 마켓에서 확정되며, 앱 마켓이 영수증을 이메일로 발송하고 거래 내역을 회원님의 마켓 계정에 표시합니다. 앱 마켓에서 결제가 확인되는 즉시 앱 내 크레딧 잔액과 Pro 상태가 갱신됩니다. 이미 이용 중인 구독의 가격을 변경하는 경우, 사전에 안내해 드리며 새 가격이 적용되기 전에 해지하실 수 있습니다.

6.8 Purchases on foodshot.ai

Plans bought on foodshot.ai are billed monthly or yearly through our payment processor, Stripe, using the payment methods shown at checkout, and renew automatically until you cancel. The price and the number of credits included are shown before you confirm. Credits do not roll over to the next month. You can cancel at any time from Settings by choosing Manage subscription, which opens your Stripe billing portal; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. If you have not used any credits in your current billing period, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of payment by emailing hello@foodshot.ai. Your statutory rights described in sections 6.4 and 6.5 also apply to web purchases.

7. 개인정보 보호

FoodShot AI의 이용에는 당사의 개인정보 처리방침도 적용됩니다. 사이트를 관할하며 당사의 데이터 수집 관행에 대해 사용자에게 알리는 개인정보 처리방침을 검토해 주시기 바랍니다.

8. 해지

당사는 당사의 단독 재량에 따라 어떠한 이유로든 사전 통지나 책임 없이 즉시 귀하의 계정을 해지하거나 정지하고 서비스에 대한 접근을 차단할 수 있습니다.

9. 면책 조항

FoodShot AI에 제공되는 정보는 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 법률이 허용하는 최대 범위 내에서, FoodShot AI는 명시적이든 묵시적이든 어떠한 보증도 하지 않습니다.

10. 책임의 제한

FoodShot AI 또는 그 공급업체는 FoodShot AI의 자료 사용 또는 사용 불능으로 인해 발생하는 어떠한 손해에 대해서도 책임을 지지 않습니다.

11. 준거법

본 이용약관은 미국 법률에 의해 규율되고 해석되며, 귀하는 해당 주 또는 지역 법원의 전속 관할권에 취소 불가능하게 동의합니다.
