1. Aksept av vilkår

Ved å få tilgang til og bruke FoodShot AI aksepterer du og samtykker i å være bundet av vilkårene og bestemmelsene i denne avtalen.

2. Bruksrett

Det gis tillatelse til midlertidig bruk av FoodShot AI kun til personlig, ikke-kommersiell og forbigående visning. Dette er tildeling av en lisens, ikke en overføring av eiendomsrett.

3. Brukerkonto

Du er ansvarlig for å opprettholde konfidensialiteten til kontoen og passordet ditt. Du samtykker i å påta deg ansvaret for alle aktiviteter som skjer under din konto.

4. Forbudt bruk

Du kan ikke bruke tjenesten vår til noe ulovlig eller uautorisert formål, og du kan heller ikke, ved bruk av tjenesten, bryte noen lover i din jurisdiksjon.

5. Innhold

Tjenesten vår lar deg publisere, lenke, lagre, dele og på andre måter gjøre tilgjengelig viss informasjon, tekst, grafikk, videoer eller annet materiale. Du er ansvarlig for innholdet du publiserer til tjenesten.

6. Billing, Subscriptions & Refunds

6.1 How you are charged

FoodShot AI is sold through the app stores. On Android every purchase is processed by Google Play, and on iOS by the Apple App Store. We never receive or store your card details — for these transactions the store is the merchant of record.

Subscriptions (FoodShot Pro) — billed weekly or yearly and renewed automatically until cancelled.
Credit packs — one-time purchases of image-generation credits, consumed as you use them.

Prices are shown in your local currency on the purchase screen before you confirm. The amount you see there is the total you will be charged: all applicable taxes, including VAT or GST where these apply, are already included.

6.2 Free trials and automatic renewal

Where a free trial is offered, its length and the price that follows it are shown on the purchase screen before you subscribe. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts automatically into a paid subscription at that price, and the subscription then renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel it.

6.3 How to cancel

You can cancel at any time, and you never need to contact us to do it:

In the app — open Settings and tap Manage Subscription, which opens your subscription directly.
On Android — Google Play, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
On iOS — Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions.

Cancelling stops future renewals. Unless the law where you live provides otherwise, you keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it simply does not renew after that.

6.4 Ending a subscription mid-term

If the law where you live entitles you to end a subscription part-way through a billing period and be refunded for the unused portion, that right applies and we will honour it. Because the app stores process the payment, email us at hello@foodshot.ai with your store receipt and we will arrange the pro-rated refund for the remaining days through the store.

6.5 Right of withdrawal (cooling-off)

If you are a consumer in a country that grants a statutory cooling-off period for digital purchases — for example 14 days in the EU, EEA and the UK, or 7 days in South Korea — you may withdraw from your purchase within that period by emailing hello@foodshot.ai with your store receipt.

Please note the standard exception for digital content: once supply has begun at your request and you have started using what you bought, the withdrawal right no longer covers the part you have already used. In practice, credits you have already spent on generated images cannot be withdrawn, while unused credits and unused subscription time can.

6.6 Refunds

On Google Play you can request a refund yourself within 48 hours of purchase. After 48 hours Google directs refund requests to us: email hello@foodshot.ai with your order number and we will review it and, where a refund is due, issue it through Google Play. On the Apple App Store refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, though we are glad to help if you write to us first.

Separately from your statutory rights above, we refund credits automatically whenever a generation fails on our side — you do not need to ask. Credits spent on images that were generated successfully are not refundable, because the service has been delivered.

6.7 Payment confirmation and price changes

Your purchase is confirmed by the app store, which emails you a receipt and lists the transaction in your store account. Your credit balance and Pro status update inside the app as soon as the store confirms payment. If we change the price of a subscription you already hold, we will tell you in advance and you will be able to cancel before the new price takes effect.

8. Termination

Vi kan si opp eller suspendere kontoen din og hindre tilgang til tjenesten umiddelbart, uten forhåndsvarsel eller erstatningsansvar, etter eget skjønn, av en hvilken som helst grunn.

9. Disclaimer

Informasjonen på FoodShot AI leveres «som den er». I den grad loven tillater det, gir FoodShot AI ingen garantier, verken uttrykkelige eller underforståtte.

10. Limitation of Liability

Under ingen omstendigheter skal FoodShot AI eller leverandørene være ansvarlige for skader som oppstår som følge av bruk av eller manglende evne til å bruke materialet på FoodShot AI.

11. Governing Law

Disse vilkårene og betingelsene er underlagt og tolkes i samsvar med lovene i USA, og du underkaster deg ugjenkallelig den eksklusive jurisdiksjonen til domstolene i den aktuelle staten eller lokasjonen.
