1. A Feltételek Elfogadása

A foodshot.ai elérésével és használatával Ön elfogadja és magára nézve kötelezőnek ismeri el a jelen megállapodás feltételeit és rendelkezéseit.

2. Felhasználási Engedély

2.1 Using the service

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to access and use FoodShot AI, on the website and in our apps, for your personal or business purposes. The FoodShot AI software, website, style library, templates and branding remain ours; this license does not transfer title to them, and you may not copy, resell or sublicense the service itself.

2.2 Photos you upload

You keep whatever rights you have in the photos and other material you upload ("Your Content"). You confirm that you own Your Content or have permission to use it in this way. You grant us a limited license to store, process and transform Your Content only as needed to provide, secure and support the service for you. If you mark an image as public where the service offers that option, you also allow us to display it inside FoodShot AI until you make it private or delete it.

2.3 Images you create

As long as you comply with these terms and have paid any fees that apply, you may use the images you create with FoodShot AI ("Outputs") for any lawful personal or commercial purpose, including menus, delivery-app listings, websites, social media, advertising and print, without crediting FoodShot AI. We do not claim ownership of your Outputs.

Outputs are created by AI models, so other users may receive similar images, and we cannot guarantee that an Output is protected by copyright or free of third-party rights in every country. You are responsible for how you use your Outputs, including making sure they fairly represent the food and products you sell and that they meet the rules of any platform where you publish them.

4. Tiltott Felhasználás

5. Tartalom

Szolgáltatásunk lehetővé teszi, hogy bizonyos információkat, szövegeket, grafikákat, videókat vagy egyéb anyagokat tegyen közzé, linkeljen, tároljon, osszon meg vagy más módon hozzáférhetővé tegyen. Ön felelős a szolgáltatásban közzétett tartalomért.

6. Billing, Subscriptions & Refunds

6.1 How you are charged

In our mobile apps, FoodShot AI is sold through the app stores. On Android every purchase is processed by Google Play, and on iOS by the Apple App Store. We never receive or store your card details — for these transactions the store is the merchant of record. Purchases made on foodshot.ai are covered in section 6.8.

Subscriptions (FoodShot Pro) — billed weekly or yearly and renewed automatically until cancelled.
Credit packs — one-time purchases of image-generation credits, consumed as you use them.

Prices are shown in your local currency on the purchase screen before you confirm. The amount you see there is the total you will be charged: all applicable taxes, including VAT or GST where these apply, are already included.

6.2 Free trials and automatic renewal

Where a free trial is offered, its length and the price that follows it are shown on the purchase screen before you subscribe. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts automatically into a paid subscription at that price, and the subscription then renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel it.

6.3 How to cancel

You can cancel at any time, and you never need to contact us to do it:

In the app — open Settings and tap Manage Subscription, which opens your subscription directly.
On Android — Google Play, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
On iOS — Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions.

Cancelling stops future renewals. Unless the law where you live provides otherwise, you keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it simply does not renew after that.

6.4 Ending a subscription mid-term

If the law where you live entitles you to end a subscription part-way through a billing period and be refunded for the unused portion, that right applies and we will honour it. Because the app stores process the payment, email us at hello@foodshot.ai with your store receipt and we will arrange the pro-rated refund for the remaining days through the store.

6.5 Right of withdrawal (cooling-off)

If you are a consumer in a country that grants a statutory cooling-off period for digital purchases — for example 14 days in the EU, EEA and the UK, or 7 days in South Korea — you may withdraw from your purchase within that period by emailing hello@foodshot.ai with your store receipt.

Please note the standard exception for digital content: once supply has begun at your request and you have started using what you bought, the withdrawal right no longer covers the part you have already used. In practice, credits you have already spent on generated images cannot be withdrawn, while unused credits and unused subscription time can.

6.6 Refunds

On Google Play you can request a refund yourself within 48 hours of purchase. After 48 hours Google directs refund requests to us: email hello@foodshot.ai with your order number and we will review it and, where a refund is due, issue it through Google Play. On the Apple App Store refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, though we are glad to help if you write to us first.

Separately from your statutory rights above, we refund credits automatically whenever a generation fails on our side — you do not need to ask. Credits spent on images that were generated successfully are not refundable, because the service has been delivered.

6.7 Payment confirmation and price changes

Your purchase is confirmed by the app store, which emails you a receipt and lists the transaction in your store account. Your credit balance and Pro status update inside the app as soon as the store confirms payment. If we change the price of a subscription you already hold, we will tell you in advance and you will be able to cancel before the new price takes effect.

6.8 Purchases on foodshot.ai

Plans bought on foodshot.ai are billed monthly or yearly through our payment processor, Stripe, using the payment methods shown at checkout, and renew automatically until you cancel. The price and the number of credits included are shown before you confirm. Credits do not roll over to the next month. You can cancel at any time from Settings by choosing Manage subscription, which opens your Stripe billing portal; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. If you have not used any credits in your current billing period, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of payment by emailing hello@foodshot.ai. Your statutory rights described in sections 6.4 and 6.5 also apply to web purchases.

7. Privacy

A foodshot.ai használatára az Adatvédelmi Irányelvünk is vonatkozik. Kérjük, tekintse át Adatvédelmi Irányelvünket, amely szintén szabályozza a Webhelyet, és tájékoztatja a felhasználókat adatgyűjtési gyakorlatunkról.

8. Termination

Saját belátásunk szerint, bármely okból, előzetes értesítés vagy felelősség nélkül, azonnali hatállyal felmondhatjuk vagy felfüggeszthetjük fiókját, és megtagadhatjuk a szolgáltatáshoz való hozzáférést.

9. Disclaimer

A foodshot.ai-on található információk "jelen állapotukban" állnak rendelkezésre. A jogszabályok által megengedett legteljesebb mértékben a foodshot.ai semmilyen kifejezett vagy vélelmezett garanciát nem vállal.

10. Limitation of Liability

A foodshot.ai és beszállítói semmilyen esetben sem felelősek a foodshot.ai anyagainak használatából vagy használhatatlanságából eredő károkért.

11. Governing Law

Jelen feltételekre az Amerikai Egyesült Államok jogszabályai az irányadók, és azoknak megfelelően értelmezendők. Ön visszavonhatatlanul aláveti magát az adott állam vagy helyszín bíróságainak kizárólagos joghatóságának.
