1.1 Anonymous User Authentication

• We use Firebase Authentication to sign you in anonymously. We do not collect email addresses, names, or other personal identifiers.
• Your Firebase UID is stored solely to manage your session and entitlements.

1.2 Photos and Media

• You grant the App temporary access to your device's camera and photo library to capture or select images for processing.
• Photos you upload are sent to our servers or third-party services for AI processing. We do not store these original or generated images permanently on our core servers for purposes other than providing the service. Generated image URLs may be temporarily associated with your anonymous account to allow you to view them in sections like "Recently Generated" within the App.

1.3 Analytics and Crash Reporting

• We use services like Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and Sentry to collect usage data and crash reports to improve app functionality and stability:
• Device model, OS version, App version
• Screen views, button taps, feature usage
• Crash stack traces and error logs
• This information is collected anonymously or pseudonymously and is not linked to personal identifiers. It is used solely to improve App performance and user experience.

1.4 Subscription and Payment

• Subscription status is managed by RevenueCat.
• We collect a device identifier (not your personal data) to synchronize your subscription status across installs.
• No payment information (credit card details) is collected by us; all transactions are handled by the App Store or Google Play via RevenueCat.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Authentication: To identify your user session and restore your settings and entitlements.
• Image Processing: To apply AI-powered transformations to your photos.
• Analytics: To understand feature usage and improve the App.
• Crash Reports: To diagnose and fix App stability issues.
• Subscriptions: To grant or revoke access to premium features.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share data in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: With Firebase and RevenueCat to power authentication, analytics, crash reporting, and subscriptions.
• Legal Requirements: If required by law or to protect our legal rights.

4. Data Retention

• Anonymous User Data: Retained as long as your anonymous account exists. You can reset the App to clear cached data.
• Uploaded Photos: Discarded immediately after processing unless you choose to save an edited image in the App.
• Analytics and Crash Logs: Retained by Firebase under their data retention policies.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access or request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Opt out of analytics tracking by disabling analytics within App settings (if available) or device-wide analytics settings.
