We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, process transactions, and communicate with you.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as described in this policy.

Refund requests to the app stores: if you ask Apple or Google for a refund of a purchase made in our apps, the store may ask us about that purchase. We then share with the store, only for deciding that request, whether the purchase was delivered, whether a free trial or a description of its features was available before you bought it, how much of it you have used (for example, credits spent on generated images), and our view on whether the refund should be granted. We do not share your photos, generated images or contact details for this. By buying through the App Store or Google Play, you consent to this sharing (see section 6.6 of our Terms of Service).

4. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information. You can do this by logging into your account or contacting us directly.

6. Cookies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our service and hold certain information to improve your experience.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.

8. Signing in with Google

If you sign in with Google, FoodShot AI receives your name, email address and profile picture from your Google account. We do not request access to any other Google data, such as Gmail, contacts, Calendar or Google Drive.

We use this information only to create and secure your FoodShot AI account, sign you in on the website and apps, keep your photos, credits and subscription linked to your account, and send you account and billing emails. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.

You can delete your FoodShot AI account at any time by contacting us at hello@foodshot.ai, and you can remove FoodShot AI's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account settings (Security → Third-party apps with account access).

9. Who We Are and How to Contact Us

FoodShot AI is provided by two companies: Codeline Studios LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company in the United States, provides FoodShot AI on foodshot.ai and sells the plans offered there, and Codeline Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi, a company in Türkiye, publishes the FoodShot AI apps on the App Store and Google Play.
